County Line Cottages is a 55+ tiny home community of park models on 22 acres, minutes away from Liberty Hill, Bertram, Burnet, and Georgetown.
A park home is a larger version of a tiny home. They are under 400 square feet and 11-15 feet in width. They have a full size bath and kitchen, and are totally customizable. Decks, lofts, outdoor fireplaces can all be added.
Our community is growing as well as our amenities.
All of our utilities are underground. We provide water and sewer. There is an internet tower on the property, cluster mailboxes, and 10x15 storage units for an extra monthly charge. We are working on a dog park, front security gate, and community center.
